Program description

When you opt in, Beyond 32 Dental sends text messages to schedule your consultation, confirm and remind you of appointments, follow up on your request, and answer questions about your visit. Messages come from the practice or from our scheduling team acting on the practice's behalf.

How you opt in

By ticking the unchecked consent box on our booking form, by texting us first, or by telling our team you would like to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity. Typically a few messages around each appointment request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
